Central park west classic
Located on Central Park West’s “Gold Coast”, The Kenilworth is a very handsome French Second Empire-style apartment building completed in 1908 by the firm of Townsend, Steinle and Haskell. This gut renovation respectfully retained the character of the original proportions, while providing a youthful facelift that brings in the stunning views of Central Park. New bookcases and cabinetry were designed to provide much-needed storage, and the color palette is a meditation of calming influences: pale blues, grays, autumnal oranges, and some deep plum accent colors. Combined with crisp white detail, the home has a relaxed and timeless composition.
